Every athlete whether a professional or a child prefers to stay and play on Alabama’s beautiful beaches. With a large selection of facilities for every sport, there is every reason to visit Orange Beach/Gulf Shores. The Alabama Gulf Coast Sports Commission has successfully hosted numerous organizations, such as the Southeastern Conference, the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics and the Offshore Super Series.

Facilities

The area proudly showcases a large selection of top-notch facilities perfect of every sporting event. From baseball and softball fields to soccer/football fields, these venues are ideal for adult or youth competition. Why not circle the track or bring your racquets of a couple games of tennis? Golfing at the Gulf

Tee up for a round of golf on the area’s nine signature courses, many of which were designed by golfing greats—Arnold Palmer, Larry Nelson, Bruces Devlin, Jerry Pate, Robert Von Hagge and Earl Stone.
