Sept 19- Snail Slime
Our glorious Gulf holds many magnificent creatures, among them Gastropods. Swing on by the Learning Campus to learn more about the intriguing lives of these creatures and why they make slime! After our short lesson, we will create our own slime, just like slugs and snails.
Sept 26- Beach Terrariums
Join a Learning Campus Educator to learn all about what can be found in and around our beach ecosystems. Finish the class by creating your own beautiful glass terrarium filled with natural items that mimic what can be found on our shores. You are welcome to bring some of your own shells to decorate your terrarium with.
Oct 3- Spooky Oyster Decoupage
Using recycled oyster shells from our restaurants, you will create a colorful and artistic dish to bring a touch of the coast to your home. Everything you need to transform your oyster shell into a unique piece of art will be supplied. Meet at the Learning Campus.
$15 (per person per class, payable in cash only at the door)
