Qigong Classes

Guided instruction in the ancient Chinese healing practice of Qigong, an ancestor of Tai Chi. This exercise combines slow, low-impact, methodical movement with deep breathing and visualization. It is believed it helps in improving health by lowering stress, cholesterol, and blood pressure, assists in managing a variety of chronic conditions, and strengthens the immune system.

Our instructor, Annie Allen, is a certified Yoga/Qigong instructor who has been teaching people this practice for over a dozen years.
