The spacious living room boasts lots of seating for everyone in your party around a large Smart TV. The dining area is also spacious and the best place to enjoy a family dinner or friendly gathering. The kitchen contains stainless steel appliances, marble counters and everything the chef in your group needs to prepare a fantastic meal.

You will find sleeping arrangements for up to 18 across three floors of this beautiful home. The primary bedroom is located on the third floor and has a huge walk-in closet an ensuite bathroom, Smart TV and some amazing views of Cotton Bayou from your private balcony. The other bedrooms also have flat-screen TVs of their own, with the majority of them being Smart TVs. You will also find an additional bonus room on the fourth floor with sleeper sofas and a large Smart TV. The fourth floor is a great place for the kids, as it gives them their own space for entertainment without disturbing the rest of your group.

This home is in a newly constructed community, with a zero-entry community pool and easy access to nearby attractions including The Wharf and Orange Beach Waterfront Park. You will also be a short drive from a Publix Supermarket and a wide variety of restaurants like Tacky Jack's Orange Beach or Big Mike's Steakhouse.
