The pool area is worth...
The pool area is worth it! The lazy river is amazing. We had a few issues with the space but we have reported it with the manager of the place. My main issue was maintenance coming in to fix a minor thing that we didn’t request. I didn’t like that someone would have been in our room had we not been there.
Lastly, we were told there would be a parking pass in our room, there was not, and then it cost me $58! A heads up would have been nice and the guy I was in communication with just said it was something about the HOA and that was that. You also are required to have a wristband to be on property, which according to security, should have been in my welcome packet. I did not receive a welcome packet or wristbands until we got caught without them.
The place was nice but communication was not good so they have some kinks to work out.
