The condo itself is beautiful,...
The condo itself is beautiful, roomy and quite comfortable. The only complaint I have about the actual condo is that there are no drawers at all in the master bedroom (no where to unpack clothing). The complex was also very nice and well-kept, but there were a few issues: some of our family members had trouble getting into the indoor pool and the staff was a little rude to them. Also, there was a pretty big problem with the key card on the first day. As a result, we were locked out of our room for over an hour while the staff of the Phoenix X worked on getting us back in (since there is no one in the office at the Phoenix XI after 5 pm). Seems the key card reader was dirty and only needed a little alcohol on a cotton swab to clean it. Fortunately, we had other family members staying in the same complex, so we weren't too terribly inconvenienced. Otherwise, the complex is one of the nicest we have ever stayed in - well maintained with plenty of elevators and carts to accommodate. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We had concerns due to...
We had concerns due to the lack of reviews, but communication with the management company was very prompt. We asked about the pools being open and were told they would be. When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly attendant who indicated the outdoor pool was closed (due to maintenance) which was a bummer for the kids. We walked in and were completely amazed. Kudos to the owners for fantastic décor and props to the cleaning crew as this was the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. It is clearly well cared for which translated to us feeling more relaxed and at home while there. The condo exceeded expectations. It was much larger in person. The kitchen had all the cooking pans/utensils we needed. Indoor pool was clean and warm. The complex appeared well maintained (hence the exterior maintenance) and was very clean overall. Would love to stay here again!!!
