When we first arrived, there...

When we first arrived, there was a concerning issue with the unit we had rented. Fortunately, the head of maintenance ended up getting involved and ultimately we were moved to another unit, actually upgraded from the first one. The host and the management company were both very responsive and went above and beyond to resolve our problem.
