The condo is in a great location. Walking distance to good restaurants. A 2 minute walk to the hangout. The weather was very cold and we still found plenty to do. All close to the condo. Check in was fine you have to check in at the building next door and the office is hidden way in the back we had several people ask us for directions to the office during our stay. The condo itself was fairly clean, elevators were good. The pool was heated even though it was still cold during our stay. We enjoyed everything overall and would definitely recommend and come back! And the views are amazing! With direct beach access that was great. Everyone was very kind and always had a smile for my toddler who was so excited for every little activity.
Love how close the room...
Love how close the room is everything and makes it super walkable. Felt super safe while here. There was a security guard that we noticed multiple times in the parking lot and the walkway to the beach. The beds were super comfy and the close proximity to the beach was perfect for the mid day naps for the kiddos. The balcony door was heavy and not easily opened which made me feel good about being on the 4th floor with children.
We had one problem this stay and it wasn’t resolved. We reached out about the iron that did not work on a Fri morning. We were told to reach out to the customer service desk but we couldn’t get anyone to answer as it was a busy signal for multiple times we tried. My husband walked the iron to the service desk and was told that they would have maintenance look at it and get back with us. We called back Saturday afternoon and no one knew we needed an iron and was told she would check on it. Never heard back from anyone. It wasn’t major but wanted to note that.

It is right on the beach and easy access to everything, however it’s rather pricey. I understood there would be parking price but never read how much parking would be. It was $50 per car. The 3rd vehicle had to park way away, however we found out there was free parking just across street but they didn’t tell us that. I contacted the office and walked to office couple of times about WiFi password but never was able to get any of them to work so I gave up. Dishwasher wouldn’t come on. They ONLY supply start up of toilet paper and trash bags so make sure to bring your own! Had a great time just was a little disappointed in it for the price we paid. But everything down there is expensive now, so idk.
