We booked this same day, and they were very cooperative and easy to work with! Beautiful location and a great experience!
We had a wonderful time....
We had a wonderful time. The best feature about the Pheonix X is the location. Walking distance to restaurants, the marina where we rented a pontoon boat, the beach and of course, the FloraBama. Our unit was nicely furnished and spacious. The staff was excellent, friendly and accesible. We look forward to return ASAP!

Overall , the condo was...
Overall , the condo was very nice. The weather was the major damper on our stay. Condo improvements include: the carpet needs cleaning and the dryer takes 3x to dry a small load of towels.
