Photos need to be updated...
Photos need to be updated but it was a nice unit with updates. Clean. As a Phenix property, the front desk operates under normal business hours. Carpet needs to be updated. Kitchen was very clean and the ocean views were amazing. This is a corner unit also so you don't have neighbors on one side which is nice. The unit has two balconies, one in the master that faces the opposite direction and is large. Master bedroom mattress was more firm than I am used to but the bedroom with the queen-size bed had a very nice mattress. Perfect fit for us. Wish the unit told us we needed to provide our own toilet paper and beach towels but I would stay here again.

Overall, a very good stay. The building was clean and maintained. The beach was ideal. The pool was never overcrowded. However, it’d be very helpful to have an amenity map to tell guests which pools/saunas/splash pads/vending is where.
The living room furniture was worn and uncomfortable. The dining table is against a wall so we could only use 4 of the seats. The kitchen was very well supplied, I didn’t want for anything! We never heard neighboring noise. The view was ideal.
The doorbell was broken and one day some facility staff (4 men) walked into the apartment unannounced and frightened me and my daughters. The men had rang the doorbell, so it was an honest mistake, but it made me uneasy. The doorbell should be fixed or facility staff should rely on knocking.
Oh, the carts at the entrance were a wonderful help! Thank you!

Washing machine was filthy. Dishes were left dirty. Carpet needed cleaning.
Unfortunately they were painting the...
Unfortunately they were painting the back side of the condo so we had workers on our balcony at 8am. The condo is not stocked with things like dish soap, extra tp, paper towels, laundry detergent.
