This condo was perfect and...
This condo was perfect and the Phoenix West is an absolutely beautiful facility. All of the extra amenities really make for a great getaway. All in all I did wish that our specific condo had a few extra things for cooking. I find it so odd when a condo that houses 10+ people will have The barest of the essentials when it comes to the kitchen. And one towel per person makes you have to do laundry multiple times on a trip. But all in all if you go in, knowing these things, it’s not that big of a deal, just wish for the cost that these condos werethese are the simple things I wish we wouldn’t have had to think about.

Great amenities and location. Kids and adults alike, loved the lazy river and slide. I would stay at this particular unit again. Really the only negative was the parking fee required for each vehicle staying is steep. We have stayed at a few very high end resorts in the area and never paid for parking.

The parking passes were my only issue. We had 6 adults and 5 kids with only 2 allotted passes. Very stressful know it was first come, first serve for our 3rd car. At the end it worked out but when you have that big of a condo 3 passes should be allotted
