The Phoenix 4 was great...

The Phoenix 4 was great and clean. The room looked like it does in the photos and was even more spacious than expected. Beautiful ocean view right out the windows with a big balcony chairs and table for a morning view of the sunrise. They have a closet on the balcony full of beach chairs and umbrellas if wanted as well. My family and I will be returning in the fall time.

Overall it's a great place...

Overall it's a great place for the price. The view was fantastic! The only challenge was with the property management. They were not very communicative or helpful.
