The room was fantastic. The view from the balcony and the building location in the Orange Beach area was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I’ll mention that can use some improvement is the cleaning of the floor by the cleaning service. When walking on the floor with socks or clean feet the bottoms of our feet would be very dirty. The cleaning fee is substantial and the service should mop all the floors each cleaning. I feel this is a minor issue but is an issue that should be corrected due to the cost of the cleaning applied to the rental fee. Regardless we will definitely be staying at the Phoenix complexes again. I highly recommend their facilities.
