Condo was great for our girls getaway! Rooms were comfortable & balcony was perfect for enjoying the view of the gulf and enjoying meals outside. Only thing to note is the wait for the elevators during peak times was frustrating & longer than anticipated.
We loved everything about the...
We loved everything about the unit. It was easy to find and the unit was extremely clean. The ice machine wasn’t working but that wasn’t a big deal. Loved everything about our trip.
The condo is very spacious...
The condo is very spacious and has a great layout and location. The cleaning crew could improve, since there was sand on every bar stool and on the patio (on the 17th floor). The master shower also had mold at the top of the pan where it meets the walls. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed it!

Condo is great! And so are the amenities…just know that it is a large property, so a lot of people at the pool and long waits at the elevator.
There is a $90 fee for parking.
When we checked in, we were told that if we threw anything off the balcony, you would be kicked out. We had someone above us dumping water (most likely emptying an ice chest) onto our balcony. We kept yelling for them to stop but they wouldn’t. It was dumped all over my kids.
They also poured wine off their balcony onto to ours. I sent a message to Sandy and got no response. I called the number but go no response. I went down stairs and reported it, and not sure if they ever did anything or not.
Not the property owners fault. But would have like the manager or complex do something sooner so it wouldn’t have continued on as long as it did.
