We stayed here NYE so...
We stayed here NYE so we could walk over to FloraBama. We also wanted to participate in The Polar Plunge on NY Day at FloraBama. The location is PERFECT! The unit is VERY SPACIOUS and the views are amazing. Everything was clean and nice and all the beds were very comfy!!!!!! Definitely would stay here again

Beautiful beach view. Loved the location, the place, the views.
Only issues was there was not enough toilet paper, one trash bag for the days we were there, one soap for the dishwasher.
We went to Walmart to buy all of that since we stayed more than 2 days.
The front desk receptionist had no clue we needed a code to get in the Airbnb we had to wait 30 min so communication between the owner and the receptionist wasn’t very clear.
Other than that everything was great!

We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix X 403! The parking garage is attached to the building which is so convenient! We were right next door to FloraBama and very close to several restaurants. We also liked that we only had a short walk to the beach. Such a fun trip!
