Condo itself was clean and spacious. Great view from the balcony overlooking the Gulf. Easy and safe access to the pool and beach.
We booked this unit relatively...
We booked this unit relatively last minute for a baseball tournament. You can tell this is a rental company unit and not somebody’s vacation home that they rent out personally. The unit was definitely a bit more dated and run down than some of the units in the same building that our friends rented for a similar cost. There was a water bottle full of sunflower seeds and toilet paper under our bed when we arrived. Outside of fridge looks dirty, but it is just stained (as I tried to use a Clorox wipe on it). Also some dust in/around air vents.
However building has a ton of amenities that my kids loved, easy to navigate in and out of, and overall unit is comfortable just a bit dated/worn. Beds were comfortable and washer and dryer were new and worked well.
You do have to go to an office off site to check-in which I was not initially aware of. Host company was responsive to questions while at the unit and were helpful.
I would stay at this building again but in a different unit.
