Additionally, there is a cozy lagoon-view nook with a daybed and a full bath next to it, as well as one of the three laundry rooms, which includes an additional refrigerator and a commercial ice machine. The middle floor offers a large family room complete with a wet bar and plenty of seating, including two built-in daybeds that can double as extra sleeping space or an extra-long sofa.
