My wife and I have been wintering in Alabama for the past 4 years. We like to have a 3 or 4 BR place to ourselves to stretch out as this is a for us to live comfortably for a couple months away from the frozen north, not simply a vacation. We chose this location this year and found it to be comfortable and well equipped. Close enough to the park and the water to get there in short order, close enough to Foley to have the additional services and conveniences of a more residential area - a good compromise. The yard could use some additional landscaping and screening for privacy in the back, but is fenced. The cleaning staff had done a good job by the time we occupied, with little touch up necessary by ourselves b4 we settled in. Our 10+ weeks now over, we have already made return reservations for next year.

3 families stayed for 5 days for softball tournament. We had plenty of room, location was great! Quiet neighborhood. Representative was awesome and quick to answer any questions. Highly recommend them!

We have relocated from Foley to Daphne, AL. Our house is still being constructed and yesterday, we did our initial walk-through. We are hoping to relocate sometime around the 28th or 29th, of March, depending on how soon they finish and we complete the purchase. Having said that, this house is wonderful, in a great neighborhood, and was perfect for our needs. I would have absolutely no problem recommending this place to anyone.
