The Guest Bedroom holds another Queen Size Bed, Smart TV, and is connected to the main full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The Living area boasts a pull out sleeper sofa, two recliners, and access to the balcony for a stunning gulf-front view! For extra sleeping, there is a hallway cubby with a Twin Size Bed. This home also offers a personal washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen with a k-cup coffee brewer, outdoor and covered parking, and is conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, and Gulf Place Beach Access where the Fun and Famous Festivals are held. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant. *All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided.
