The open living area features unobstructed gulf views from the wall-to-wall windows, chic decor, and plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy a movie. A living room sleeper sofa can accommodate 2 guests. The dining area offers seating for 8 with additional seats at the bar. The open kitchen with granite countertops features tons of cabinet space, a selection of cookware and small appliances, as well as the same beautiful Gulf views. Down the hall, the master bedroom features a king bed, TV, and Lagoon views, as well as a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 faces the gulf and sleeps 2 in twin beds and has a TV. A common hall bathroom features a tub/shower combo. On the other side of the home,  bedroom 3 sleeps 3 in a queen and a twin bed and has a TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
