The condo was very clean and well maintained. I was a little disappointed that there was no balcony but we spent every morning with the doors open and listening to the sound of the waves. My only negative was that the mattress in the primary bedroom was very noisy getting in and turning over. I’ve never heard anything like it. The closeness to the beach was great and the pool was great too.

We were pleased with all aspects of our stay. Parking lot is tight, maneuvering larger SUVs and trucks will be tricky. All and all it was a great stay!

The condo was very clean, well maintained and a perfect location. The grounds were very clean as well, pool was beautiful. Couldn't ask for a better location to beach and activities. Communication was excellent!

Lovely condo overlooking the beach! It definitely is an older building, but we were very comfortable!!

The condo was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds and pull out couch were all super comfy. Very easy, short walk out to the beach which was never super crowded. We also loved the indoor type balcony. Everything was there and waiting for us upon checking with excellent communication leading up to check in and also with check out procedures.

We enjoyed our state so much wasn't sure when we booked about the balcony situation-it's actually just an extension of the living room but there are large sliding double doors that open to the railed balcony this was a first but it was great enjoy the balcony and the cool of the condo! Things were clean and ready to go as expected!! Did not disappoint
