The main issue I had with the unit was the electrical outlet in the bathroom was loose, when I used my hair dryer-the plug to the hair dryer would fall out of the outlet. Same problem with a few of the outlets in the main room where I would charge my phone.

Also the smoker in the unit next to us that was sitting on the balcony most of the day into the evening and the wind blew his smoke directly into our balcony and I would have to go back inside.

Great view, great beach.we had minor problem getting in initially and TV had a mind of its own. We went for the beach and we’re glad we did,people were great.

This condo was perfect for us! Everything was clean and in great working condition. We had a balcony that overlooked the beach. It was in a central location to Walmart, Starbucks, and seafood places. We highly recommend!

Handy for stores, restaurants, churches. Heated pool. Clean condo. Clean beach. Accessible to Gulf Stare Park which is an amazing place

The Condo was very neat and clean. I think the fixtures in the bathroom, like the toilet seat could use an upgrade. Enjoyed the keyless entry. Very convenient. The onlycomplaint I have is with the Security. While I don't have a problem with anyone doing their job, this person seemed to take it a bit too far, to the point of making guests feel uncomfortable and taking away from the quality of the Condominium. For example, the security lady named Betty White seemed to go too far. One evening, she had her personal SUV parked at the entrance with her trunk up where she sat. She was checking cars as they pulled into the parking lot! I had a parking pass that she hand wrote for me for $30, but I didn't drive with it in the windshield so to me, that was harrassment. I was informed by the office that there was a one car minimum for our condo and I was prepared to park our 2nd car in the Premium parking lot down the street. However, when I saw Ms White making her rounds, I asked her about an additional pass and that's when she said she could sell me one for $30 that she hand wrote on the back of a piece of paper. Anyway, i just feel that tenants should feel welcome and not like you're constantly being watched by some over zealous parking attendant!

Lovely condo with an amazing view and a great location in Orange Beach. Great pool, well kept condo. Easy check in and out from the rental company.
