We Will Vacation Here Again!

We were very pleased overall with this rental. The few things broken were repaired the same day reported and the added perks (chairs, boogie board, etc) were a nice touch. The 2nd bathroom’s sink stand was broken and the towel bar over the sink fell off the wall as soon a we entered. No mirrors in the third room was an inconvenience. I was initially concerned about being the nearest unit to the swimming pool for the potential noise factor but that proved unfounded. The sliding doors to the patio were thick enough we were not disturbed. Great time - comfortable lodging.

Great Week With The Grands

The rental experience was fine. There is way too many fees. I miss the days when VRBO was when you rented 'BY OWNER' (as in the BO of VRBO).
The mattresses (especially in the master) all need to be replaced.
The entrance is right by a traffic light, so getting back into the property can be tricky if someone is at the light in the turn lane.

Convenient With Small Children!

Ground floor unit was very convenient to beach with children. Very little privacy since the patio is directly at the pool. It was so convenient that we didnt mind! Close to lots of restaurants, an awesome arcade and Walmart! Condo needs to be deep cleaned. Overall, we had an excellent stay. Will definitely stay here again!!

Family Time After Dad’S Funeral

The condo had everything we needed, and we really enjoyed the freedom of the first floor beach access. Well-stocked, and all areas were clean, with the exception of the floor. While it had been vacuumed (no particles underfoot), our feet were blackened within 2 hours of being there, inside, barefoot. So I think the good mopping part was skipped (I just bought my own mop and bucket, and mopped it myself... but you know��). But EVERYTHING else was great, so much so that I will probably try to get that exact condo again... older in structure, but greater in size and quality!
