Great Low Occupancy Building
We had a great stay here, the condo and property were as described. We had an issue with a low battery on a smoke detector but the issue was taken care of immediately and did not impede on our day at all.

Great Condo
Legacy 202 was an awesome condo with great beach view! Loved the decor! Beach chairs were in the closet so we didn’t have to buy or rent. Will definitely be back again! Condo was within driving distance to beautiful golf courses and restaurants.
Great Location!
We fell in love with this space and plan to search it first for availability next year. With 5 gals in tow, we needed space to spread out and this condo came through big! Fantastic direct views of the beach and pool, we could easily spot one another from the balcony which I loved. Also spotted some dolphins in the mornings as a plus :)
Great Location!
Condo was spacious and CLEAN with a great view of the pool area and beach. Short walk to the pool and beach which was a huge plus for us due to 3 little ones. Beds were comfy. Pull out sofa area had a closing room divider which was great for privacy and noise. Master bedroom and bathroom were spacious and the entire condo had cute decor! Everything you needed was there. The furniture in the living room could use a cleaning and there were a few other little quirky things but NOTHING that interrupted or hampered the comfort our stay. Great value for size and location. Easy check in/out. Would definitely stay here again.
