My wife and I have rented from Gulf Shore Rentals for the last 4 winters. The first year for the month of February and then the next three years for the months of January and February. We have enjoyed all of the units we have been in and for the first 3 years it was smooth as silk. This last winter an issue arose where we had to ask Gulf Shores Rental to help rectify the issue, which they did. Not to go into to many details, but the office (Harley), listened to our concerns and immediately tried to resolve the issue. They were so accommodating and helpful as we navigated through the issue. The true concern of helping and alleviating the problem seemed to be the most important thing for them at the time, even though they have many more condos and concerns to deal with. They made us feel important with their caring attitude and actions. I would recommend Gulf Shores Rentals to any of my friends when looking for a place to vacation. Again, they treat you as a person instead of simply being a number.
