Cozy unit with wonderful views from balconies. Plenty of room for 4 people. Location was good. Would rent again. Older condo but I enjoyed it very much.

Rental was clean and fit our needs perfectly, condo provided a beautiful view of the coast
The Property It Self Was Very Nice
The property was nice. Needed some updates. But as far as my rental unit I was very disappointed.. The walls and base boards were very in need of paint. Remotes needed batteries. Curtains were very wore out. I called about the couch and rug being so nasty that they did send a cleaning service to shampoo. But then we couldn’t set on couch for three days. Ceiling tile in bathroom #2 was falling down.. 1701 needs to completely redone up to date furnishing. I booked several
Other condos for the ball team and when you saw there rooms I was glad I got the worst one. I would have been embarrassed.
But I will try another unit due to the convenience of this property.

2020 Winter Stay
Had a great 2 month stay on the beach. Love this location. Had 1 maintenance issue that I reported by stopping in the rental office. It was literally fixed by the time we returned to the condo 30 minutes later!
Gulf Shores Family Vacation 2023
We really enjoyed our stay at the Surf Side Shores. Everything was great we had 2 units, 2 Bedrooms and a 3 Bedrooms unit. The size of both units was perfect we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and the outdoor pools. We also used the grills to cook out for the 4th of July.
