Clean And Comfortable
Our family enjoyed our stay immensely. Unit was very clean and property management was very responsive. The beach access is outstanding! Highly recommend. The only negative aspect was the fact that other guests smoked on the property and we were unable to enjoy the balcony as much as we wanted because of the cigarette smell from the pool area and other balconies.
Would Stay Again!
Overall our experience in 1206 was great. The condo was spacious enough, and with 3 girls, each bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus. The kitchen was well stocked, but could use a few baking sheets. Yhe balcony was large and had an oitdoor dining table as well as 2 tall chairs to take in the view. The only con was our beach gear was stolen on our last full day from the area next to the beach access dedicated to showing your stuff. This is in no way Gulf Shores Rentals fault and there are signs that you stow your gear there at your own risk, but I thought I'd pass along the warning for others to not expect people to be respectful of your items.

Good Stay In Gulf Shores
Had to be satisfied with a different unit after staying at the same unit for years. Unit was okay but not satisfying like the one we stayed for years
Almost Perfect Weekend
We stayed at Surf Side Shore and the unit was perfect for what we needed. It had easy access to the beach and even had beach chairs/innertube/ boogie boards for us to use. The only thing that would have made it better is if the weather had been sunnier!
