The Primary Bedroom hosts a King size bed, smart TV, a Full Bath with a Brand-New, walk-in Shower. The shower has a pull-down seat for comfort. The Guest Bedroom features a Queen Size Bed, smart TV and private access to the Full Guest Bath with a shower/ tub combo. In the hall you will find and a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. Gather the Family in the Living Room to watch the game on the large screen TV with provided cable. There is even extra sleeping with a pull-out sofa bed. The Kitchen is fully stocked to assist in creating some great food to enjoy with everyone. - Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant. - All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking. **This home is listed for sale. We will schedule all showings between guests to avoid interruption to the best of our ability, but access may be required. **CALL FOR WINTER MONTHLY RATES - All monthlies must be booked from the 1st to the 1st only.
