GORGEOUS Gulf View!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home itself is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The location is convenient, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and easy. Overall, it provided a comfortable and enjoyable environment for our trip.
That said, I do want to note one significant drawback. The listing describes the property as “beachfront,” which led me to believe we would have direct access to the ocean from the house. In reality, the Orange Beach Seawall separates the nearby beach from the water, so you cannot simply walk across the sand to reach the shoreline. While the view is lovely, there is no immediate ocean access adjacent to the house. This was disappointing, as I had expected to step out of the house and walk down to the water’s edge.
Knowing what I know now, I can see the seawall on Google Maps, but it wasn’t obvious from the listing itself and there was no way for me to know. I think future guests might appreciate this clarification when booking.
