CLEAN BED GUARANTEE All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select EPA and Environmentally Safe detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination. PROFESSIONAL CLEANING All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Star's highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes Eco-Friendly approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new each new guest's arrival. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties. Our cleaners work for Gold Star, and each staff member is assigned to clean the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. To ensure our linens are properly laundered, we follow specialized processes using high-heat commercial washers and dryers to clean, disinfect, and kill germs. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors thoroughly evaluate the unit to ensure that EVERY condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment. COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club boasts incredible resort amenities including a beautiful pool and hot tub. Tennis courts with Pickleball are available, complete with lighting that you control, and a Shuffleboard is located nearby. There are two grilling areas by the lagoon as well as a fishing pier that overlooks the bay. There is also a boat launch, parking area for your boat trailer, and two docks, one with boat slips. Should you wish to bring your boat, simply reach out to the front desk to make the necessary arrangements. For your convenience, there two gazebos located just off the beach in case you need to get out of the sun, and a beach shower to wash off the sand on your way back. Please note that parking passes are mandatory and must be purchased at the front desk upon your arrival. MONTHLY RENTALS This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates from November 1st through the end of February. Monthly Rentals must be booked directly with Gold Star Vacation Rentals.
