Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is a gated community with a total of 5 buildings. Buildings 1 and 2 surround the tennis courts. The indoor pool and sauna/steam room are located by Building 1. The two outdoor pools are in front of building 3, 4 and 5. This condo is located in Building 5 Guest Access: *Seaside Beach and Racquet Club does require parking passes. Upon arrival, let the guard know you are checking-in. Parking passes can only be purchased from guard (credit card only) and they are $50/parking pass with a limit of 2 vehicles. Fill this out completely and place it VISIBLY on your vehicle's dashboard. SPRING/SUMMER HOURS: Pools, fitness room & tennis courts will be open 8am to 10pm.
