This is a beautifully decorated condo with all the amenities. It had beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Located very close to the beach, only across the street. It has a bayside beach.

Fav Summer Spot
This is my fav place to stay in the summer. It’s too hot to sit on the beach in summer, so I like the availability of a pool. A room with a view is a must for me and this unit has the perfect view of those gorgeous Fort Morgan sunsets. The location is quick access to my fav FM spots.
Room With A View
We usually come to FM in spring and fall. We decided on a quick weekend trip in the summer. I wanted a pool due to the temps and a view of the gorgeous FM sunsets. I was not disappointed. The beach behind the building was a nice surprise. I’m familiar with FM road, but the address provided was a bit confusing. The building number and address did not match. The parking pass info was unclear; I thought it was for unit parking but it was for beach access I think. Those were minor issues that did not negatively impact our stay. I would stay here again, use Sunset Props again and also recommend to others.
Great Place, Sunset Properties Not So Great
Everything was great with the condo once we got in. However, Sunset properties was not that helpful. Had a difficult time getting the entry code. Boat slip and lift not accommodating for an 18 ft boat.
Nice Condo That Meets Your Basic Needs
Slept well each night, but several things could be undated immrdiately:
*1) fix second bathroom Toilet
2)put hangers in both bedroom closets, and put small trash cans in each bedroom.
*3) PUT A TABLET LIGHT IN THE LIVINGROOM
4) mold in shower under seat off Master Bathroom

Navy Cove 1204
The unit was comfortable. Convenient to other family that were in the area. The unit was clean, except for the floor being sandy, and the bedspread in the master bedroom was dirty. The ice maker wasn’t working the entire stay, is being replaced. The dishwasher was not closing and needed maintenance. I also think more than one towel and wash cloth should be provided per person. The HOA that is there is iffy. Need more chairs at the pool that are clean and not broken. First time at Fort Morgan and probably the last time.
