Great Condo- And A Few Things To Note
We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was clean and laid out well. The location is close to the end of Fort Morgan, so the beach isn’t too crowded. There are a few things guests should know:
- These items are not provided: starter supply of shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, and hand soap in the kitchen. You’ll have to bring your own. That was disappointing, as these items are expected in vacation properties.
- a very large house is being built between the condo and the beach. It blocks a lot of the ocean view and is very noisy during the days- even Saturdays and Sundays.
- Both a regular and Keurig coffee maker are provided. There were a few filters but no other coffee items that we saw.
- the property management company did not respond to our inquiry about the property after booking. They did check on us via text after our arrival.
We would still highly recommend this condo, we just wish we’d been aware of the above prior to our stay.

Home Away From Home
Unit was very clean and very well kept. With all that you need in one spot. Pool very close by and just a short walk to the beach just made it even more worth it. If you are looking for a place to stay and a great location away from all the crowds this is the place.
Great Family Vacation
Property was well equipped with cooking equipment, tableware, linens and a wonderful view. So comfortable and clean. Location was perfect. Hope to come back again and bring extended family!

Great Get Away !!!
We actually only had 1 1/2 days of really good weather. Rain, lightning & wind for one day. Never-the-less our stay was enjoyable and relaxing. Great view from Dunes #307. Thanks for a needed escape.
