ocean house i 1401

I had never been to Gulf Shores and it didn’t disappoint. We had a nice family getaway at this location. We were greeted by friendly staff. We stayed for six nights. The location on the beach was perfect. It was quiet but still had restaurants and stores that were walkable. This condo was perfect and roomy for seven of us, kids had their own room. The pool was perfect for them, the beach is nice and flat. Communication before, during and after was good. I would recommend this condo for a nice stay.

Ocean House has been a favorite of ours for years! And unit 1401 was amazing! Every part of our experience was incredible! The condo was so beautiful! It was clean and VERY spacious! Even better than we imagined! Sunset Properties was so amazing to work with through the booking process and throughout the week. We can't wait to come back again!

Booked for second week of March 2025 for 8 (2 adults, 6 kids). I had zero issues with booking or communication. All of the needed information was relayed to me before the date of check in so there were no surprises or issues. Any questions I had during our stay were easy to ask and get answered via text message. The condo was clean and ready to go. No keys, just a keypad with a code which made it easy. Things to note: be prepared to buy the essential items for a week stay or more (toilet paper, paper towels, etc)...there is enough for the first day probably but the toilet paper is single ply and rough so I’d definitely pick some up. Don’t forget to pick up your parking pass and bracelets from the security guard. The hot water is piped straight from a volcano so be careful (I’m serious)!!!
No chairs or umbrella with the condo so bring your own, buy some, or rent from the folks on the beach. Pool was clean and quiet. Beach was pretty quiet and more family oriented. Restaurants and such within 1-4 miles (long walk or short drive).
Overall everything went great and we had zero issues whatsoever. Would definitely book this condo again and also with Sunset Properties.

This is the second year my family has stayed at the Ocean House. The location to the beach and other attractions is awesome. I feel safe letting me teen go to the pool area with others her age. The beach attendances were great. Everyone is friendly. I only wish for the 3 bedroom condo there was 3 parking passes.

We loved it! We stay at Ocean House every Spring! This 3 bedroom condo was beautiful! We will definitely be staying here again! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! You won’t be disappointed!
