For the most part, our stay was wonderful! With that being said, we did have a couple of issues! Upon arrival our door would not lock when we left the condo. We could lock it from inside the condo, but not outside. I did message the customer service number, never received a response, but by Wednesday it seemed yo be working again! The biggest issues was the balcony door! It was ridiculously hard to open. Once on the balcony, we could never get it to close all the way since there was nothing to grab onto from the outside! This hindered the time spent on the balcony since we did not want the air conditioner to freeze up! Again, i messaged customer service and they did send someone out for that issue. Maintenance had the same issue, we were told the owner of the condo would be contacted.

This was by far the worst condo we’ve ever stayed at. We’ve been coming to the Gulf Shores/Fort Morgan area for several years. Very disappointed with the state of this condo. When we arrived, we were told it was a $35 fee to park, which was no where listed on our rental agreement. Also when we arrived up to the condo, we noticed the patio door glass was almost completely separated from the door frame. We also could not slide the patio without my husband having to hold the entire door and slide it open. We also could not close the door once outside for fear of being stuck out on the patio. The condo was also not clean prior to our arrival, even finding a used swim suit in one of the drawers of the dressers. The bed frame was the cheapest flimsy frame I’ve ever seen. WiFi was locked and we were unable to connect due to lack of a posted password and not being able to have anyone contact us back once we inquired about it. We ended up ending our vacation and returning home after only one full day in the condo. We will not be returning to the area for future vacations.
