The condo was very clean. The location in the complex was very good. Easily accessible to the pool. The beach was a short walk.The large corner balcony was great. We grilled a lot and ate dinner out there too! It was the perfect size for our family of 4. Each adult kid had their own room and bathroom.

We were very satisfied with Indies 110. The balcony was large and being a corner unit very private. Loved being on ground level, though unable to view beach from there. The condo was very spacious and plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 kids. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Only improvement I could suggest would be more towels, 6 females use a lot of towels! Would definitely rebook this condo.

We have stayed in other units in this condo but this one outshined the others. Seemed to be newly remodeled with high end trim and beds. The wrap around patio and blinds let all the sunshine in and kept the unit nice and bright. Kitchen was clean and well stocked with the exception of needing a corksrew. Easy access to the pool and nice walk to the beach. We had great weather and the area wasn't over crowded. Only cons would be not enough towels, no dishsoap and only one packet of dishwasher soap so we had to make a trek back to the Sassy Bass. Overall. well pleased with the place and will consider requesting this one again!

We had a great vacation at the Indies 110. The condo was well stocked, decorated nicely and the right size for our family. It did rain quite a bit and we were comfortable to be "stuck" inside- there were plenty of tv's and a great space to play board games. We will definitely recommend this condo to friends and would stay again.

Very roomy and comfortable condo. We had six adults and we were all comfortable. Especially enjoyed having our own private bathroom. Bring extra towels as they only allow one per person!

This place was really nice. Seems bigger in person than online. Also, lots of furniture was different from the pics but not in a bad way. We loved being on the first floor as that was easy access to the pool and walk to beach. Which took about 7 min from door to water. It was a very peaceful walk through a neighborhood with very few cars around. The beach was pretty but there wasn’t a lot of room to actually walk up and down the beach because the area near the water was very narrow and slanted, making it hard. We found that is actually what most of Fort Morgan/Gulf Shores area beaches are like. We liked that it was pretty private and quiet since it is as far down as you can go for condo rentals. There are a couple restaurants close by but most are a 25 minute drive. Grocery store was 25 min away as well.
The main negative was that no one ever answered any of my questions when I sent messages to the host. This was before I booked it and after. I had to call the actual company and they didnt have all the answers. But overall we loved our stay!!
