First time to stay at this condo and I was pleasantly surprised. The elevator was easy to access and quick. This unit was very well set up and with and and all amenities you would need....except paper towels. I’m not saying anything negative about it but one complementary roll would’ve been nice-so remember to bring some! The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. We will definitely be staying there again!

We really enjoyed our days at Navy Cove - the condo is perfect stay for our get away - perfect location by the ocean and pool!!

All in all very good place to stay especially for fishing. The only suggestion would be that the furniture seem like it may need to be upgraded. Mostly the beds. We would definitely consider stay again.

We needed a last minute rental when family plans changed, and we found Navy Cove 1405. It was in the perfect location and at an affordable price. We have stayed in several condos in several places and have seen a variety of conditions in our price range. This unit was clean and very comfortable for our family. Views of the bay and ocean. The complex was secure and in great condition. The property managers helped us with a second parking pass and replacing a broken toilet seat quickly. Check in and out was super easy. Highly recommend!

The layout of the condo was nice and the stay would have been nice if not for two issues. The elevator was broken and it didn’t seem that it was a priority to have it repaired. Myself and others guest were told a part had been ordered. You would think the property owner would have had it overnighted. The second issue and the worse was this horrible fish smell from the refrigerator. We had notice the smell in the hallway and I was sure someone left a fish hidden somewhere to play a prank. I finally realized it was the inside of the freezer and refrigerator. I looked up how to get rid of the smell on the internet and found wiping everything down with vinegar and water. They had about 5 baking soda boxes and some other gel type deodorizer. I throw them all out because they were holding the smell. I went to a nearby Dollar Store and bought vinegar and baking soda. I spent my first night removing every shelf for the freezer and refrigerator and cleaning them with the vinegar and water. This did help the smell but didn’t take it completely away. I also placed the new baking soda boxes in the fridge and freezer. We were limited to what we could place in the refrigerator so the smell would not pass on our leftovers. So we only placed completely sealed items in the fridge. I texted the customer service number to make them aware but I was only asked if there was baking soda in the refrigerator. I would not stay here again. The place is not bad but the lack of help or concern just left a bad taste in my mouth.
