If canceled within 48 hours it’s a full refund. Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival for condos, 60 days prior for houses, and 90 days prior for winter monthly reservations. Refunds of the initial deposit, minus a $300 cancellation fee and any travel insurance purchased, are available if the reservation is cancelled by these deadlines. Cancellations outside these periods will receive a credit toward a future reservation within one year of the original dates but will incur a change fee of $100 for condos and $250 for houses. Only one change per reservation is allowed. Property unit changes are not permitted within 30 days of arrival for condos, 60 days for houses, and 90 days for winter monthly reservations. Any approved unit change made outside of these timeframes may result in a rate adjustment. Guests are responsible for any increase in rental rate, fees, or taxes associated with the new unit.
