Our Stay At Deans Dunes

Our vacation at this property was great!! The property has been updated with new furniture, bedding and appliances since the pictures were taken. We didn't have any issues with anything and Sunset Properties was great to work with!

Perfect Extended Family Vacation

This rental was well equipped and even had some things we weren't expecting (especially in the kitchen). A recent lightening storm had knocked the TV's out and they were replacing them when we arrived. They also let us borrow a charcoal grill for one of our evenings from the clubhouse. There were 4 families and a single in our party and we all managed to have plenty of space for everyone. The beds were comfortable and the short walk to the beach was perfect for coming and going with little ones. Everyone loved the pool as well.

Sunset Properties Is The Best!

We loved the Deans Dunes house we rented. It was clean, spacious and we'll equipped. The master bath was awesome and the size of the house worked perfectly for our family.

Nice Stay Overall

Loved the house. It had lots of room. The only negative were dirty windows. You couldn't even see outside and the third floor of Dean's Dunes and Chase-N-Daphne (we rented both sides) smelled like mildew or dead fish. Not sure why. Boths houses had that problem on the third floor only. Also, Internet connection kept dropping. Overall we had a wonderful time.
