If canceled within 48 hours it’s a full refund. Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival for condos, 60 days prior for houses, and 90 days prior for winter monthly reservations. Refunds of the initial deposit, minus a $300 cancellation fee and any travel insurance purchased, are available if the reservation is cancelled by these deadlines. Cancellations outside these periods will receive a credit toward a future reservation within one year of the original dates but will incur a change fee of $100 for condos and $250 for houses. Only one change per reservation is allowed. Property unit changes are not permitted within 30 days of arrival for condos, 60 days for houses, and 90 days for winter monthly reservations. Any approved unit change made outside of these timeframes may result in a rate adjustment. Guests are responsible for any increase in rental rate, fees, or taxes associated with the new unit.

Great Place
This house is a great little place to stay. Easy to get to all the great places to eat. Also it’s right on the beach!
Family Vacation At Gulf Shores
We loved staying at the Awbrey house! Wonderful location! Loved setting and watching the ocean and the dolphins play!! Gulf Shores is a great place!!
Wonderful Vacation!
House was perfect for my Family. Little one enjoyed the pool some. We had great food and especially enjoyed the "HangOut".
Fun Times At Aubrey House
We had a great time in Gulf Shores AL staying in this rental house. This is actually our second stay in this house. The house is right on the beach, you just have to walk over the dunes. I love to just sit on the back porch watching the water and all the active on the beach. We also set up on the beach and it's easy to come back and eat. It is so convenient. The house was clean and everything worked. The rental was in good shape. If it rained we stayed in and played games we brought. The kitchen table seats 6 or 7 (bench seat). The pool is also a nice bonus when you are tired of the sand and saltwater. I would definitely stay here again.
