If canceled within 48 hours it’s a full refund. Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival for condos, 60 days prior for houses, and 90 days prior for winter monthly reservations. Refunds of the initial deposit, minus a $300 cancellation fee and any travel insurance purchased, are available if the reservation is cancelled by these deadlines. Cancellations outside these periods will receive a credit toward a future reservation within one year of the original dates but will incur a change fee of $100 for condos and $250 for houses. Only one change per reservation is allowed. Property unit changes are not permitted within 30 days of arrival for condos, 60 days for houses, and 90 days for winter monthly reservations. Any approved unit change made outside of these timeframes may result in a rate adjustment. Guests are responsible for any increase in rental rate, fees, or taxes associated with the new unit.

Dream Vacation
This is the fifth year that we have rented Eden's Waters in Ft. Morgan, AL. It is a magnificent home. We like it so much that we are going to rent it again next year. It is a beautiful home with exquisite furnishings. It is everything you could want in a beach home and it has its own swimming pool!!!!
Wonderful Vacation
This house was perfect for our group of 14! Everyone was comfortable and had room to breath. We loved all the balconies. The elevator was a plus. Sunset properties were very quick to fix any problems we had. We stayed on the beach most of the time but a few went to the outlet stores and found some really good buys. Another group went to the fort and explored. I would highly recommend this house!

Amazing experience! The house was so spacious and perfect for our multi generational family vacation. It had everything we needed and so private yet convenient to the beach.
Summer Fun With The Family
We had a great time. The only problem was the weather. It was oppressive hot!!! But we soldiered through and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We liked it so much that we booked it again for next year!!!!
Wonderful Beach Vacation
Eden's Waters is a magnificent, well-maintained property. It is wonderfully decorated and has everything that you could possibly want, including a swimming pool. This was the second year that we rented it and have reserved it for next year!!!
