Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

A Beautiful Week

Our extended family enjoyed a week in Orange Beach in two side-by-side Sea Chase condos. This property was beautiful, comfortable, convenient to everything in Orange Beach. The view is great from the seventh floor. We would love to come back again!

Wonderful Condo

This is the 4th time we have rented this unit. That should tell you something. It is a beautiful appointed condo in a great complex. This unit has all upscale amminities including an air fryer. The chairs are wonderful and very comfortable. They also recline which is a plus. The kitchen is well equipped and the 7th floor is the perfect distance from the beach to enjoy looking up and down the beach.

Family Vacation

Our stay in this Condo could not have been nicer.
The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing.
We had a minor issue with slow sink drains in the bathrooms that were fixed the same day that we reported them. Everyone that we dealt with were professional and very friendly. Highly recommend this property.

Great condo! Very clean, kitchen had everything we needed, close to Walmart! The amenities at SeaChase are top notch- especially the outdoor hot tubs!! The staff is so friendly! Will stay again!

Great Beach Condo

My sister and brother-in-law, their kids and grand kids make an annual visit to Sea Chase. We decided to go from Wisconsin to meet them this year for a reunion. We arrived to a lovely and fresh, well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo overlooking the Gulf of America. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. All of our cooking needs were already there. Bathrooms were fresh and clean and there were plenty of towels for the two of us. Beds were fresh and comfortable. I highly recommend this condo
