Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Good Experience
First time staying here and we enjoyed the stay. A couple of minor things we did not like (parking/staff coming to room unannounced) but nothing that would cause us to not return. Overall good and would return.

Location!
The location of this condo is fabulous! With a toddler the ground floor was perfect. The gate adds extra security and the walk to the main pools and beach is very short. Also, Walmart is directly across the street and there are many restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only small complaint is that one of the twin beds was broken and the sofa was very worn out. I know you don’t go to the beach to sit on the sofa, but with a toddler some time in the room is inevitable. Overall a great property!
5th Stay At Sea Chase
We enjoyed 103 W unit very much. We had read the reviews about the difficult
sliding glass door. It was very hard to open and close. The toilet in the main bathroom needs attention. It doesn’t shut off when flushed. We had a problem with the washer spinning. We reported that and a new washer was installed the next day!
