You stay here for the location and easy access to the pools and beach through the gate on the patio. We have stayed here twice and it’s been great for my family. It isn’t a huge space and TVs and beds need updating but the pros outweigh the cons by a long shot. I would recommend this unit.

We had a fantastic time celebrating the 4th of July! This condo was absolutely perfect. Being on the ground floor made it incredibly convenient, with easy access to both the pool and the beach. Not having to wait for elevators was a huge bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor issue was that we noticed a few bugs during our stay, so it may be worth scheduling a pest treatment. That said, being on the ground floor and so close to the beach, it's somewhat expected and certainly didn't take away from our overall experience. Everything else was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be staying here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

We have stayed at Seachase about 8 times in total, first in this unit and tower. Love the first floor convenience without compromising the view. Unit was cute. Some of my complaints/areas of improvement are: There were too many mosquitoes and nats in the unit. No cutting boards which made cutting a watermelon kind of hard. Twin beds/sheets were small/uncomfy and sheets would not stay on. The fridge door handle was broken and i can see why given that it naturally swings open and hits the counter. The toilet in the primary bathroom handle stays down and toilet will continue to run unless you move the handle up.

To the resort: the room key situation needs to change!!! The wallets with fobs are not easy to keep with especially when you have to share amongst people in your room. You only get 2 keys with a 2 bedroom unit Ours got misplaced i don't how many times since we shuffled them with 4 people. Luckily they were both accounted for at the end of the week. How many $75 charges have you collected?? Reinvest and please Get the bracelet’s for every person in the room!!! Plus, other folks start telling you to just push the gate open when you dont have a key.... How much maintenance on your magnetic door do you have to do??

Weve stayed at this resort several times and it will always be our place. My family loves the location and all the pools. My daughter is currently Miss Missouri and we crowned Miss Alabama while we were here. The condo was perfect for all the beauty queens we had running around!

This beautiful home away from home is everything you could ask for in a beach getaway! As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by the beautiful Gulf waters right outside the fabulous patio! No lobby, no elevator... wonderful easy entrance and steps to the beautiful pool, hot tub and beach! The decor is absolutely lovely and the home was beautifully clean! I did share that the sliding glass door was difficult to open and close and Sabrina in the front office was very helpful!

This was the perfect place for our family to vacation. The condo was clean and comfortable. The proximity to the pools was very convenient. We loved the short walk to the beach!
