Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Great Condominium

We loved everything about SeaChase and the unit we stayed in. The second floor view was perfect. The location, the lobby being indoors, resort style pools we were thrilled with. Beach access was very convenient. Just like other reviews I saw, the condo overall was very quiet, not over crowded and the beach was never full. In our 20+ years of going to OB this was the first condo we said we would rebook. With that being said, I would love to see the bed covers and sheets get an upgrade. They were torn and kept coming off and it was inconvenient. The other thing that would be a super easy upgrade is the shower head and toilet seats. Super cheap addition to improve the experience. Overall, the condo was super nice and spacious and we loved it! Already recommended it to friends.

1st Family Vacation - Perfection!

This was our first family vacation for my wife and two young boys, and it was PERFECT! The SeaChase property has everything you could need. Pools, hot tubs, and quick access to a beautiful beach. When you step outside of the property, there is more than enough to do. Great dining and activities for all ages. Our condo was extremely clean and well-decorated. The ice machine was an unexpected delight. I could not say one bad thing about our stay. 10/10 would recommend, and we look forward to coming back again very soon!
