Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

1st Family Vacation - Perfection!

This was our first family vacation for my wife and two young boys, and it was PERFECT! The SeaChase property has everything you could need. Pools, hot tubs, and quick access to a beautiful beach. When you step outside of the property, there is more than enough to do. Great dining and activities for all ages. Our condo was extremely clean and well-decorated. The ice machine was an unexpected delight. I could not say one bad thing about our stay. 10/10 would recommend, and we look forward to coming back again very soon!

good view of the beach next to the emergency exit stairwell did not have ton wait on elevator if busy only2 flights of stairs. Only problem was the master bath room door would not close all the way problem with rear roller

First Time To Orange Beach

Location and views were excellent. Condo was clean but all appliances need upgraded. Good amenities. Parking was plentiful. Entry to condo and stairwells need powerwashing. Overall a great place to stay.
