October At Seachase
Our trip was quite enjoyable. Liked our unit. It was warm enough to be in the outdoor pool as much as two hours at a time!
Lovely Condo In A Great Location
The condo, 203C, is lovely. Nice decor to emphasize the beach ambiance. Location is convenient to elevator which puts you steps from the pool. Seascape is the perfect size complex that doesn’t overcrowd the beach area. Checkin was simple and we were offered an earlier than anticipated access. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. We do cook quite a bit and had what was needed except a working blender. There were two but one had a disastrous malfunction and the other no power to make frozen drinks which is a must for a beach condo! The ice maker was wonderful to have. There were both types of coffeemakers which I was thankful. The size and view of the condo are terrific!It was mostly clean with some tiny exceptions such as splatters on the stove, a hair on the bathroom mirror, and the master rug is dingy. The pool areas were clean and well maintained. The pool hours are very generous-7am to midnight. Beach access was super easy. Warning: the sand gets very hot- take your shoes to your beach spot instead of leaving them on the boardwalk. Danielle was helpful with the booking process and responsive through the process. This unit is next to the elevator so there is some noise but I feel for the most part it was very quiet. This is a very heavy family atmosphere so there wasn’t a lot of loud parties. Btw, C building is most convenient to pool, beach access. Overall, we loved Seachase 203C——I’d book it again without hesitation. Great vacation!
