Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Satisfied Memphis Beach Fans
Had a wonderful time. Easy registration and check out. Our unit was very nice, clean and updated. Easy access to the beach and our beach attendant, Coleman, was great. Great location, as easy access to eateries, grocery store and shopping.
Amazing Stay!
Beautifully updated condo. The Condo looks exactly as the pictures. Every place in the condo was spotless. This was a long weekend getaway for my husband & I. We enjoyed being right on the beach & being able to go back to the condo for lunch. The balcony has amazing views & we enjoyed the sunrises & sunsets every day. This is our 2nd time to stay at Seachase & we would definitely stay in this condo again.
