Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Nice Stay @ Seachase
3 night rental @ SeaChase East while waiting to check in to a beach house rental. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Danielle in the office was great . Coleman did a really good job on beach chairs and umbrellas.
Great Vacation
The condo has a excellent view of the beach and the water. The kitchen was well equiped with everything we needed and the ice machine at the wet bar was an added plus. The master bedroom was spacious and so was the master bath. The second bedroom and bath were nice as well. The property was clean and well kept. The balcony was a great place to sit in the mornings and watch the dolphins as they swam by, it was also a great place to sit and watch the sunsets. The place was really quiet and relaxing. If there was anything that could be improved would be an update to the master beds mattress and the living room sofa and chair. other than that the condo and our stay was excellent. We are already planning another visit in the spring. I would highly recommend Sea Chase to anyone visiting the Orange Beach Gulf Shores area.
Relaxing Week.
Great location. Within 20 minutes of everything we wanted to do. Very quiet with a great view. We’ll definitely return to this property.
Much Needed Vacation
This was our second stay at Seachase. Once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and time there. Accommodations were exceptional and can’t wait until we can visit again.
Good Vacation
303E was very nice. Some of the lamps could use a repair. Light in the living area is needed; perhaps a light kit on the fan. The bed in the Master bed is excellent! The guest bedroom is excellent!
