Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Great Stay, Loved The Ice Maker!

We had a great stay here. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. There was a dedicated ice maker by the bar that was a great addition. There was plenty of places to sit comfortably in the living room.The only cons were that the beds were not very comfortable, very hard. Also, if you come with 2 vehicles it will cost $70 for the second vehicle to park.

Great Stay!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 402E. The condo was clean, cool and had all the amenities that we needed for our week long stay. The location was perfect to be able to see the beach and the pool from the balcony. Located conveniently across from shopping and restaurants. Property management checked in with us on the first day to tell us that the condo was available as soon as the cleaning was done...and then, checked in with us again the following day to ensure everything was as needed and advertised. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Great Time In Orange Beach

We loved our stay at Sea Chase. It was great having our condo right on the beach. The condo was nice and clean and was everything we had hoped for. The owners even had a beach chair, sand toys and boogie boards for our use. Would recommend!
