Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Unplanned Extended Stay

Seachase staff, especially Sabrina and Danielle, made our extended stay due to family emergency very comfortable. We originally came to Orange Beach week before Thanksgiving to spend time with family from Ohio. Our niece who has stage 4 cancer had to be taken to pensacola hospital and spend 5 days there plus 5 extra days back at our condo before being able to fly back to Ohio. We can't thank Sabrina, Danielle and other staff, they were amazing. They went way out of their way to help us when we had to extend our visit. . Thank you. We are so grateful to all of you.

Perfect Pace

This is our 2nd time to stay st Sea Chase and the 1st time to stay in this unit. We loved the decorations and the feel of the unit. Our kids loved the bunk beds as well.
